Explore the northeast of Thailand off the beaten track. Your exciting round trip begins after a short stay in the vibrant capital Bangkok. The first stop takes you to Khao Yai National Park, where you can experience the fascinating wildlife in all its glory. You then continue your journey to the famous Khmer temple Prasat Hin in Korat and finally conclude your adventure in Udon Thani, where you visit the social project of the Pimali Foundation.


Day 1: Bangkok (L)

Transfer from Bangkok - Khao Yai National Park 07:00 hrs. pick up from inner Bangkok Hotel and transfer to Khao Yai, Khao Yai National Park (about 171 km. travelling time about 2.5 -3 hrs.). Sightseeing in Khao Yai National Park Visit the park Head Quarter and later our driver will take you to the beginning of the trekking trail at KM 33, Here we will go trekking through dry evergreen forest for 2-3hrs. where Gibbons, Monkeys, Hornbills often seen (accompanied with Ranger & local trekking guide). After refreshment, we will drive up to visit the Haew Narok waterfall. In the afternoon, we will drive up to the second highest mountain of the park to go and relax on a superb viewpoint. In late afternoon, we will go for check wild elephants that might come to the salt licks, we

return to hotel around 18:00.



Day 2: KHON KAEN (B, L)

Breakfast at hotel. At 08:00 hrs. check out and transfer to visit Japoh Thai Silk (125 kms), which is a small co-operative based in Pak Thong Chai, Nakhon Ratchasima province (Korat). It is the home of traditional hand-woven Thai silk fabrics. Transfer further to visit Dan Kwian Ceramics Village (35 kms) which has been producing pottery and ceramic pieces for generations. The raw clay from the banks of the Moon River, which runs east side of the village, is collected for making earthenware-pots, jars, table wares, etc. Today the Dan Kwian products have become one of the major export goods from Korat. After visit Dan Kwian village, transfer for an hour to Phimai district (77 kms). Lunch will be provided at local restaurant. After refreshment, visit the charming little town of Phimai northeast of Korat which is known for the magnificent Khmer sanctuary of Prasat Hin. This castle is believed to have been built more than 1,000 years ago by an ancient tribe that is said to have contact with the Khmer Kingdom. Phimai Historical Park was created in the 16 BE. After visiting Phimai, transfer to Khon Kaen (154 kms). Drop off at your hotel in evening and check in.



Day 3: NONG KHAI (B, L)

Breakfast at hotel. Check out and transfer to visit Wat Prathat Kham Khan in Khon Khaen.Transfer to Udon Thani and visit Ban Chiang National Museum, also known as Ban Chiang Archaeological Site. The site became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in December 1992. Here you find anything associated with the ancient Culture of Ban Chiang. You can see ancient tools, household items, artifacts, and pottery items, many of which are over 4,000 years old. All artifacts are showcased very beautifully so that visitors can get as much information as possible about the ancient culture.

After visiting Ban Chiang National Museum, transfer to Nong Khai and drop off at Pimali hospitality center. Spend rest of day at leisure, explore around the village or rent a bicycle to explore nearby village.



Day 4: Airport Udon Thani (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Check out and transfer to airport Udon Thani.
