Day-1 MANADO – MAKATETE HILL
Upon arrival at Manado's Sam Ratulangi International Airport (arrival latest 1300), start the City Tour to explore downtown Manado, Chinatown, Ban Hin Kiong Temple (the oldest temple in Manado which was built in the 18th century), past the Sentrum Church (the first Protestant Church in North Sulawesi from the Dutch era). Afterwards proceed to the Blessing Monument; the statue of Jesus which was built in a floating position facing the city of Manado, next the journey continues to Makatete Hill to see views of the city of Manado, the vast expanse of the ocean, Manado Tua Island, Bunaken Island, Siladen Island and views of Mount Klabat, the highest mountain in North Sulawesi. Check-in at the hotel.
Day-2 MINAHASA HIGHLAND TOUR (BL)
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the Mt. Mahawu crater. After a 10-minute hike to the crater's rim, you'll be rewarded with a breathtaking view of Tomohon and Manado, then head to Sugar palm forest with Instagrammable spots Tuur Maasering - apart from lots of good photo spots here we can also watch the process of making the local liquor which is the result of fermentation and distillation of sap from sugar palm trees. Next, head to Benteng Moraya, is a historical tour of the origins of the Minahasa tribe in the past & Waruga, the ancient Minahasa People's Tomb. Lunch at a local restaurant. Then head to Lake Linow – a sulfur lake where the water changes color and offers a beautiful atmosphere and view (coffee/tea served). Then go to the location of the Minahasa traditional house with a knock down system in Woloan village. Back to hotel
Day-3: MANADO – BUNAKEN ISLAND (BD)
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out. Meet our guide, then proceed to Mega Mas Pier, transfer by boat to the island of Bunaken (approx. 45 minutes by boat). Bunaken Marine Park is a marine park in North Sulawesi, Indonesia, east of Bunaken Island. This marine park is well-known for its breathtaking underwater scenery and a popular destination for divers and snorkelers from all over the world. Lodging will be provided at Resorts on Bunaken Island. Full board arrangement in Bunaken including coffee & tea and mineral water. Conservation fee to Marine Park is excluded (payable on site)
Day-4: BUNAKEN ISLAND – FREE PROGRAM (BLD)
Day-5: BUNAKEN ISLAND – FREE PROGRAM (BLD)
These two days are free at own leisure in the resort. Full board arrangement in Bunaken including coffee & tea and mineral water.
Day-6: BUNAKEN ISLAND – MANADO - TRANSFER OUT TO AIRPORT
After breakfast at the Resort, check-out. Transfer by boat to Manado, Next, you will be escorted by our driver to the airport for transfer out.
