Day 01 – Sandakan – Selingan Island (40km – land journey) [L/D]

Meet and pick–up from Sandakan airport hotel lobby and transfer to jetty for the boat. It takes about an hour to reach Selingan Island. Relax, swim or snorkel. After dinner, be amazed by the sight of turtles laying eggs and baby turtles scrambling to the open sea upon released on the shore.

Day 02 – Selingan Island – Sepilok – Sunbear – Kinabatangan River (134 km – land journey) [B/L/D]

Enjoy a visit to the world-famous Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre. Witness the feeding of Orang Utan and be charmed by orphaned baby Orang Utan at play. Visit the Borneo Sun Bear Conservation (BSBCC) before the onward journey to a river lodge at Kinabatangan River.

Late afternoon, enjoy river cruise in search of endemic Proboscis monkeys, different species of birds and other wildlife along the riverbank. **Optional: You may take a night cruise in search of nocturnal animals and birds with a supplement.

Day 03 – Kinabatangan River – RDC – Sandakan (130 KM) [B/L]

Enjoy an idyllic 1½ hours boat cruise on the famous Kinabatangan River and its surroundings in search of more wildlife. Return to the Lodge for breakfast and check-out. Continue to Rainforest Discovery Centre, one of the most popular EE Centre. Afterwards, transfer to Sandakan Airport Sandakan Airport at approximately 1530 hrs.
